Moderation

Open Moderation from the dashboard to approve, reject, or mark messages as spam. Owners, team administrators, and Plus moderators can access sites allowed by their role.

Approval modes

Moderate every message

All new messages wait for approval.

No approval required

Valid messages appear immediately.

Previously approved messageers

A guest whose email has an approved message can post without waiting. New identities remain moderated.

Moderate anonymous users only

Authenticated Google and GitHub participants can post immediately. Guests and anonymous identities wait for review.

Replies can target only an approved parent message from the same site and canonical URL. Cross-conversation and cross-site parent IDs are rejected.
